This leaves Monday to recover with family. We will need to determine logistics and who all is going, plus where we want to camp Wx permitting. The definites, are Jeffries, McCoy, Drinnon, Lee--maybes are Persons, Parks, Branco, and maybe one other. Let's use this thread to hash out details.

Alright here are the definites we have: BJ, Boomer, Steve, David more than likely: Jim Undecided: Scotty B More than likely not: Ed Start thinking about any periodic MX your bike may need and get it done before we go. Additionally, think about your packing plan, since we'll be camping (Wx permitting). I guess the best routing is from here to Destin by way of Brewton AL where we can stop for lunch. Saturday we can go to the USAF armament museum and then head over to Pensacola for the Naval Museum. We'll be on CBs so plan on that accordingly as well. One final thing...we are bringing a cooler so plan on throwing in 10-15$ for food/drinks along the way. www.afarmamentmuseum.com/www.navalaviationmuseum.org/

Take a look at what you can get on your bike and what you can't. might need to meet up prior and see what/how everyone is packed for the trip

Hey guys, my name's Tom. I work in the same office as Maj Drinnon and he was kind enough to include me on this ride. I'm on a shadow (it's loud, so i'll be in back the whole time), so I should be able to carry everything but a tent. This sounds like a fun ride and I'm looking forward to getting to know everybody and go on a long ride.

Thanks BJ...nice to know we have a spot! I'll clean out the cooler tomorrow so we can have it ready for the trailer. Plenty of room for everyones lunch meat and cool drinks. We will just need to remember to re-supply the ice as this thing is NOT a Yeti cooler.

I'll bring the trailer with me Thurs. We can put the cooler on and secure it before work. Maybe if the ice machine is up at work we can raid it!

Good to go at room temp for 28 days. Probably wouldn't hurt to zip lock it and put it on top of the ice while going down. Best not to get it much hotter than 80ish for short periods of time. Thanks
