I've done a thin film of dish soap (sort of successful), my new HJC came with a thing called "Pinlock Fog resistant insert lens" (pretty good in summer, not so much in winter) Other than that: crack the lens open one click, let it defog and back down. Don't even try glasses in there if its fogging at all! You'll fog the glasses FIRST, can't see, then the lens fogs.
The best thing I've found is using a breath deflector. Works 100%, but its one more pice of gear, but it works. Used it all winter and no fogging. Village Cycle (Starkville) sells one that will work for most helmets for less than $10.
