Has anyone given any thought as to where we want to go ride? Are we gonna head over to T-Town or Tupelo or Watervalley? My vote is T-town and go to Woods and Waters and a few other places.

T-town sound good to me. Could meet in Columbus around 8:30 and maybe grab breakfast.

I know you'll find this hard to believe, but Rhonda will not be riding with me Monday. I'll be there though.

The ride went really well and I had a great time. That was some good BBQ Bonehead...I think we got out of there just at the right time...traffic was starting to get kind of crazy.

I had a good ride too. I'm glad the BBQ was good. You never know when a favorite place will have a bad day and all your friends smile, turn their heads and swallow a fly just to clear the taste. One day maybe we'll ride south to Mobile and we can hit JR's BBQ
I got to ride AND pick up my leaf bag on the way home! Finally lady luck turns my way!
See everyone Tuesday.

Ditto on the ride. Had a blast. Got home and blasted the bugs off the front of the bike. Told Matt NOT to hit my new golfballs into the bottom. His has a tendency to go where they are not recoverable. Just a reminder, I'll probably be late coming in, going to the Doc.

has anyone thought of trying to get together here pretty soon for a local ride? the wife and i went for a crusie to vernon today..it was a nice 50 mile round trip...started at dutch village and headed up hwy 12, turned on to gunshoot, then on to county road 9...(i dont know what it is called before you get into al) then merged on to fern bank taking that all the way to the end and hanging a right on county road 14 north and on into vernon where we made a pit stop at mcdonalds for a restroom and smoke break, then back west on county road 9 untill we ran back into gun shoot....then back home...
our rides are usally on sundays due to our work schudles...and my wife is more of the fair weather rider type...lol...

15 Feb is my only open Sunday this month, but I like that idea. I had a solo ride today for about 40 miles round trip and back home.
Accuweather for next 15 Feb says: Overcast and warmer Low: 40 °F High: 53 °F
That's a long way out so we'll see where it really goes.
I'm on for 15 Feb

I went out riding yesterday for a local clubs annual penguin run, got about 35 mile on the ride and another 20 just me killing time. Out of 50+ bikes I was only one of 3 that were not HD's, and only 1 of 2 that was drinking soft drinks. It was a pretty nice ride though, I mostly only went on the ride to promote being able to make patches now.
Sadly the oil leak that I have been keeping my eye on has gotten worse, just means I am that much closer to start tearing it down for the rebuild.
